stages, right from incoming raw materials & components
inspection, process inspection to stringent supervision and final inspection as well as testing. Rigorous supervision
& quality evaluation of the products such as Two Stage
Vacuum Pump, Mono Block Vacuum Pump etc. is done by our experts. Our
procuring agents follow a proper vendor selection process to purchase raw material. All the procured basic materials & parts are
checked for various mechanical properties, and only quality approved
raw material is used in the
manufacturing process.
During the manufacturing process,
each and every component of the product, is evaluated on varied
parameters of dimension and design. Products are manufactured exactly
as per the samples/drawing, after which they are
forwarded for precise machining and assembling. Product designs are checked for clearances during the assembly process. Once
assembled to perfection, these are tested in our well-equipped testing facility in accordance to the standards, using different types of measuring instruments
and electric motor of various ratings and speed. Performance test
